Ingredients:
- 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (GF) 1 cup flaked coconut 1/4 cup olive or coconut oil 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup of your favorite nuts (slice almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, etc)
- 1/2 cup green (hulled) pumpkin seeds, sometimes called pepitas
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, dried figs, or dates
- 1/2 cup dried raisins
- Pinch cinnamon
- Pinch sea salt
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients except dried fruit. Spread evenly across a cookie sheet. Bake, stirring every 5 minutes or so, until oats turn a golden brown. Remove from the oven and mix in dried fruit. Cover with paper towels and press down. Allow granola to cool. Can store in an air tight container for a week. If storing longer, store in the freezer for the freshest taste.
