Virtual Medical visits are a convenient way of reviewing labs, adjusting treatment protocols, raising new health concerns, helping achieve health goals. It’s like talking with your doctor using Skype or FaceTime, but HIPAA-compliant. It’s very easy to use.
- New patient appointments are 60 minutes.
- Follow up appointments are 30 minutes.
- You will receive a detailed treatment plan summarizing your visit and outlining the next steps in your care.
- If you’re reviewing lab results with your doctor, a copy of your lab results will be provided to you.

- Virtual visits are only open to patients located in Oregon.
- You can use a smart phone, tablet or lap top computer. You can also use a desk top computer if it has a camera, microphone and speakers.
Ready for your Visit? A few minutes before your scheduled appointment, find the email or text message containing your Zoom link. It may have gone into your spam folder. Test the link and give your device permissions to use your camera and microphone. If your app needs updating, get the latest version. You do not need a meeting ID or password. If you are promted for these things, close the Zoom application and restart the process.
